Concealed Carry Permit Courses

We are currently accepting participants for classes that are recognized in OswegoMadison, Chenango, and Oneida Counties.

 

Our registration is managed by Phoenix Rising Technology Consulting.

Live Fire

Experience real-life shooting scenarios through our innovative live fire training sessions, ensuring participants develop critical skills under expert supervision. Live fire is during the 3rd class of the Conceal and Carry course. Please email us for private sessions.

Virtual Reality Experience

Virtual Reality will be used in Conceal Carry Courses when able. Email martin@phoenixrisingtechnology.com to schedule private VR Dry Firing Lessons.

How to Sign Up

Our enrollment is managed by our parent company Phoenix Rising Technology Consulting. Please click on the course you want to enroll in, and you will be able to register on for that class on their site.

We run 3 separate 6 hour sessions, to cover the required 18 total hours of course work for New York State requirements.

Class 1 — Safety & Basics 
Introduction to firearm safety, handgun parts and operation, ammunition, and safe storage. Includes hands-on practice with safe handling and dry-fire drills.

Class 2 — Laws & Responsibility 
Covers NYS laws, Article 35 (Use of Force), prohibited locations, responsible carry, and firearm maintenance. Includes written test and preparation for safe, legal ownership.

Class 3 — Live Fire Training (2+ hours)
Course wrap-up and review of key concepts, followed by a supervised live-fire session to demonstrate safe handling and marksmanship fundamentals learned in class.
